资源简介:
A High-salt diet induces immune-independent re-differentiation, metabolic shut down and cell-cycle arrest of melanoma through upregulation of MITF, TSC2 and p18, leading to metabolic shutdown, cell cycle arrest and melanogenesis as well as re-differentiation. Overall design: Female C57BL/6J mice aged 8-12 weeks were exposed to a normal salt diet (NSD) (or a high salt diet (HSD) for one week before s.c injection of B16-OVA melanoma cells and tumor growth was followed for 14 days while maintaining the respective diets. On day 14 mice were sacrificed and 3' mRNA-Sequencing was performed on isolated tumor cells (ex vivo) to investigate the impact of HSD on B16-OVA melanoma growth.
