We report transcriptomic changes in white adipose tissue of systemic miR-181a2b2 KO mice in response to high fat diet and methotrexate. miR-181a2b2-/- (KO) and miR-181a2b2flox/flox (flox) mice were placed on a 60% high fat diet for 12 weeks. Each group of mice was weekly i.p. injected with vehicle control or methotrexate (1 mg/kg). White adipose tissue was harvested and RNA-Seq analysis was performed using Illumina HiSeq2500 V4 2x150 bp (Genewiz, South Plainfield, NJ).
