Polymorphic retrotransposons that were significantly correlated with differential gene expression (see table 7) are presented here. Retrotransposon: Family or subfamily, where known, of the polymorphic transposon. Orientation: Direction of retrotransposon transcription with respect to gene transcription; Decile: The decile within the gene that the polymorphism occurs; where decile 1 contains the transcription start site and decile 10 contains the transcription stop site.
