Transcriptome profiling of Sorghum bicolor under saline-alkaline stress

This project contains RNA-seq data generated from leaf and root tissues of Sorghum bicolor seedlings subjected to saline-alkaline stress (50 mM Na2CO3). Samples were collected at 24 h and 72 h after treatment, along with untreated controls. The dataset aims to characterize transcriptional responses associated with ion homeostasis and stress adaptation under alkaline saline conditions.
