项目共收录800条记录，依托于 e-MBC 智能化平台全程监测疗效及不良反应，进行抑郁障碍病理机制，临床亚型/ 特征与生物标志的相关性分析，为不同亚型的抑郁症患者提供基于病理生理学分型的科学依据；并探索生物学标志与疗效、不良反应的关系，提出基于生物标志和临床特征的抑郁障碍诊断分型，筛选出 2-5 种针对特定临床亚型/特征（伴忧郁/动力不足、非典型及焦虑躯体化特征）的个体化治疗方案，初步形成基于生物标志结合临床特征的抑郁障碍诊治工具集。This project collected a total of 800 records, with efficacy and adverse reactions monitored throughout the entire process using the e-MBC intelligent platform. Correlation analyses were conducted on the pathological mechanisms of depressive disorder, as well as the associations between clinical subtypes/characteristics and biomarkers, to provide scientific evidence for pathophysiology-based classification of patients with different depressive disorder subtypes. Additionally, the relationships between biomarkers and therapeutic efficacy and adverse reactions were explored. A diagnostic classification framework for depressive disorder based on biomarkers and clinical characteristics was proposed. Furthermore, 2 to 5 individualized treatment regimens targeting specific clinical subtypes/characteristics (including those with melancholic/hypokinetic symptoms, atypical features, and anxious somatic symptoms) were screened out. Finally, a preliminary diagnostic and therapeutic toolset for depressive disorder integrating biomarkers and clinical characteristics was initially established.
