Learning the Diffusion of Nanoparticles in Liquid Phase TEM via Physics-informed Generative AI

The dataset contains spatiotemporal trajectories of nanoparticles diffusing in liquid phase TEM at a range of dose rates of the TEM. The dataset also includes 38,279 short single particle trajectories from liquid phase TEM experiments used for training, testing, and validation of our physics-informed generative model, dubbed LEONARDO.
