Investigation on the Use and Safety of Penpulimab Based on Real World Study

Objective: To explore the use and safety of penpulimab in real world. Methods: Totally 13 inpatients using penpulimab were observed from April to December 2022 in a cancer hospital. The data of patients’characteristics, main diagnosis, medication information and safety were collected and analyzed. Results: Off-labeled use of penpulimab including unapproved indications and combinations with other antineoplastic agents was common. There were 3 adverse drug reactions (ADR) in this study, and the incidence of ADR was 23.1%. There were 2 cases of grade 3 ADR, including diarrhea and liver damage. Conclusion: The ADR of penpulimab in our study is similar to the ADR mentioned in the instructions. It’s important to enlarge samples and the use indications should be grasped to ensure safe and reasonable application.
