NRS-9535 | Files re spirit merchant licenses

Each file records particulars of liquor sales for each year that the subject premises was licensed. Changes of licensee and correspondence between the licensee and the Licenses Reduction Board are included. A file was closed when a license was allowed to lapse, license renewal was refused by the Board, or the license was surrendered to the court prior to the license period running out. In the latter case, an application for a refund of part of the spirit merchants' license fee was made. The files are separated into two sequence: metropolitan and country (the latter including Parramatta). Within the country sequence arrangement is alphabetical by licensing district.
