This supplemental data supports our research letter which demonstrates that cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) tumors undergoing radiotherapy (RT) experience an immune shift from malignant inflammation to wound healing. Eight CTCL patients were followed through a course of low-dose RT wherein punch biopsies and tape strips were used to analyse the transcriptome and proteome of CTCL tumors before and after RT.
