Comparison of PDCD1 and CD274 Immune Correlates Across Lung Adenocarcinoma and Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Data, code and results for “Comparison of PDCD1 and CD274 Immune Correlates Across Lung Adenocarcinoma and Squamous Cell Carcinoma.” The pipeline covers expression and co-expression, immune deconvolution, adjusted associations, bootstrap and permutation analyses, STRING interaction panels, survival and independent-cohort analyses. Inputs include archived TCGA/Xena and GEO data and fixed STRING exports. quanTIseq, xCell and ESTIMATE scores are calculated locally. The package includes source provenance, sample-level inclusion records, numerical results, figures, pinned Python and R dependencies, random-number settings and file checksums. README.md provides a package overview and lists the analysis scripts and output locations. REPRODUCIBILITY_PROTOCOL.md provides analysis commands and describes the methods.
