WGBS and RNA-seq of mouse livers and human Hep3B cells

We detected the contributions of CpG methylation in gene promoter to the expression of acute phase proteins in livers Overall design: Gene expression profiles of Hep3B cells with or without IL-6 and IL-1ß (10 ng/ml rhIL-6, 1 ng/ml rhIL-1ß ) treatment for 24 h were determined with RNA sequencing using illumina Novaseq. After one week recover,100ul turpentine was subcutaneously injected to the every hind limb.Obtaining the turpentine-induced liver tissues two days later.Transcriptome and methylome of prepared mouse liver tissues were determined with RNA sequencing and whole genome bisulfite sequencing using illumina Novaseq.
