15NO3 paddy soil Transcriptome

This sample is a transcriptome of paddy soil incubated with 15N-labeled nitrate (15NO3). The soil was collected from a rice field and subjected to nitrate treatment under controlled incubation conditions. The sample was prepared to explore microbial gene expression dynamics in response to nitrate input, with a particular interest in nitrogen metabolism under paddy soil conditions. It reflects the transcriptional activity of the soil microbial community at the time of sampling, providing insight into microbial responses to 15NO3 amendment.
