Development and validation of urinary exosomal microRNA biomarkers for the diagnosis of acute rejection in kidney transplant recipients

Acute rejection prediction classifiers were successfully constructed through expression profiling of a total of 개수 urinary exosomal microRNAs in 108 kidney transplant recipients. In the study presented here, 108 kidney transplant recipients (normal pathology on protocol biopsy (NP, n=19), long-term graft survival (LTGS, n=29)], acute T cell-mediated rejection (TCMR, n=40) and active antibody-mediated rejection (aABMR, n=20)).
