RECESSIVE RESISTANCE TOBACCO GENE EIFISO4E-S OF TOBACCO VEIN BANDING MOSAIC VIRUS AND APPLICATION THEREOF

An isolation cloning and breeding application of a recessive resistance gene eIFiso4E-S of a tobacco vein banding mosaic virus (TVBMV). The nucleotide sequence of the tobacco recessive resistance gene eIFiso4E-S of the TVBMV is as shown in SEQ ID NO.1， and the amino acid of an encoded polypeptide thereof is as shown in SEQ ID NO.2; the gene in the tobacco is knocked out to obtain an eIFiso4E-S KO material; and the eIFiso4E-SKO is polymerized with a va or eIF4E1KO gene of potyvirus (PVY)， thereby enabling the tobacco to be resistant to TVBMV and PVY.
