Combined Immunotherapy targeting immature NK cell function improves outcome for immunotherapy treatment resistant triple negative breast cancer

Resistance to immunotherapy in TNBC is a major clinical challenge, necessitating an optimization in the therapeutic options for immunotherapy. The present study demonstrates the efficacy of targeting immature NK cell function with immune/chemotherapy, which can revert EMT, stemness, and distant metastasis in immunotherapy resistant TNBC, offering valuable insights for further clinical considerations.
