This series records the management process of the Journey of a Nation - Federation Parade on the 1st January 2001. The Parade involved 6,500 people and 30 floats telling the story of the past 100 years. Included in this series are files relating to the Parade Advisory committee and meetings, Team management and objectives, the overall Management Plans for the Parade and strategies, feedback, marketing and merchandise and debriefing information. Files have a generic title with a list on the front cover of the labelled sections within the file.
