Cardiopulmonary progenitors (CPPs) derived from mouse embryos have multi-directional differentiation potential. Their exosomes are not be investigated yet. Overall design: Exosomes from cardiopulmonary progenitors (CPPs) were isolated from the supernants, and RNA was extraction and non-coding RNAs were sequenced.
