We provide NGS data of different CRISPR-induced indels. The preprint paper "A PCR-RFLP method for the detection of CRISPR-indused indels" describes a new method (PIM-RFLP) that we developed for the detection of CRISPR-induced indels. PIM-RFLP was applied to CRISPR-edited Neuro-2a cells in two different loci (Abracl and Hprt). The efficiency of the method was validated through NGS (Ion Torrent) of the PCR products encompassing the Double Strand Break.
