R1_metadata: including two files. "metadata_for_01_update_meta_analysis_SAME.xlsx" is used to describe the meaning of each column in 01_update_meta_analysis_SAME.csv in R1_data. "metadata_for_R1_scripts_file_names" is used to introduce main content and function of each .R, and .Rmd file in R1_scripts. R1_data: datasets are used to conduct meta-analysis and generate part of supporting results. R1_scripts: .R, and .Rmd files are used for analyses. R1_outputs: results of sample effect sizes, the magnitude of extreme climatic events, non-native and native species positive, negative, and neutral responses, and some of Figs in main text and Supplementary Information.
