Whole genome resequencing of genus Oryza genome

Resequencing project of chromosome segment substitution lines and introgression lines of rice. Our research group has developed a series of chromosome segment substitution lines with chromosome substitutions of donor varieties from Oryza sativa L. ssp. indica and introgression lines with chromosome introgression of donor accessions from wild species carrying AA genome on genus Oryza. In this project whole genome sequencing for parental donor varieties and wild accessions, recurrent parents, and each of the developed lines to provide precise genomic information which may involved in phenotypic variations of the lines.
