MembraneCal v0.2: reproducibility package for matched regional contrasts in structural agreement minus confidence among high-confidence helical residues in membrane proteins

Reproducibility package for MembraneCal v0.2, a frozen analysis of regional differences in local structural agreement minus AlphaFold confidence among high-confidence helical membrane-protein residues. The package includes the manuscript, compact frozen numerical inputs, derived tables, standalone numerical replay, post-outcome validation diagnostics, acquisition/mapping/grouping source code, and publication figure sources. The validation cohort contains 554 proteins and 223,714 paired-observed residues. No new AlphaFold inference is required. Raw third-party archives are not redistributed; historical source bytes are identified through provenance and checksums where applicable. This deposit accompanies the MembraneCal v0.2 study and should not be interpreted as a peer-reviewed journal publication.
