This file contains the data relevant to our article, "Neon Isotopes in Individual Vesicles of Icelandic Basaltic Glasses: Insights into the Origin of Light Volatile Elements on Earth." It includes the noble gas elemental and isotopic compositions obtained from both step crushing and laser ablation analyses performed on RS-ISL-2024-6, a basalt sample from Midfell, Iceland.
