Effects of probiotics on growth and immune performance, rumen microorganisms and metabolites of yaks

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of probiotics on the growth performance, rumen microbial community structure and metabolite profile of yaks. Combined with metagenomics and metabolomics techniques, the microbial-host interaction mechanism was analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for the healthy breeding management of yaks in alpine regions.
