A Novel c-MET Targeting Antibody Drug Conjugate (ADC) for Pancreatic Cancer

1. In order to explore the different genes that may be involved, RNA-seq was performed on Aspc-1 cells. Ctrl represents a negative control not treated with SHR-A1403, and Drug represents a positive control treated with SHR-A1403.2. To explore whether there may be drug off-targets, RNA-seq was performed on Aspc-1 wild type and c-MET knock down cells. NC-Drug represents a negative control for wild-type cells treated with SHR-A1403, and KD-Drug represents a positive control for c-MET knock down cells treated with SHR-A1403.
