This dataset contains detailed information on a variety of diseases, including Type 4 diabetes, Xiaoke (a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) disease concept), Syndrome of Lung Heat Impairing Fluid, Syndrome of Exuberant Stomach Heat, Syndrome of Qi-Yin Deficiency, Syndrome of Kidney Yin Deficiency, Syndrome of Both Yin and Yang Deficiency, Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD), Guzhang (a TCM disease concept referring to abdominal distension), and Syndrome of Blood Stasis in Liver and Spleen. For each disease, multiple related symptoms are elaborated from multiple dimensions, including presence or absence (closed-ended and semi-closed-ended), onset time, duration, pain nature, pain characteristics, presence or absence of radiation, specific location, accompanying symptoms, severity, past medical history, family history, frequency, aggravating factors, and alleviating factors.
