Anterogradely labeled axonal projections from the posterior parietal cortex in rat

High-resolution bright-field microscopy images of coronal brain sections showing anterogradely labeled axons originating from different parts of the posterior parietal cortex (PPC) of young adult female Sprague Dawley rats. The dataset includes image series from 8 brains in which the anterograde tracers, _Phaseolus vulgaris leucoagglutinin_ (PHA-L) or biotinylated dextran amine (BDA, 10 kDa) were injected into discrete subregions of the PPC. The data provide an overview of the efferent connections of the entire PPC region.
