This article uses the method of inducing Escherichia coli to preliminarily observe the morphology of fruiting bodies and colonies, physiological and biochemical analysis, and 16S rRNA gene sequence homology analysis of a myxococcus xanthus SH-3 strain isolated from the soil of Yuncheng Salt Lake. It is identified and classified. The antibacterial activity of slime bacteria, their metabolites, and their extracts was detected through plate confrontation experiments, and HPLC was used to compare the fermentation and extraction solutions of slime bacteria.
