Christmas Shopping: Debt to pay for Christmas Europe by country 2015

This survey was aimed at assessing the Christmas shopping behavior of European shoppers by asking them if they went into debt the year before to pay for Christmas. Romania showed the highest share of shoppers agreeing to have gone into debt to pay for Christmas with 16 percent, followed by the United Kingdom (UK) with 15 percent.
