Data here is generated from human plasma and PBMC samples from infected or vaccinated adults and children with SARS-CoV-2.
Chapter 3 is data from children and adults infected with SARS-CoV-2 in 2020-2021 and includes antiody and cellular data from ELISA and FACS against multiple SARS-CoV-2 and OC43 proteins, also including negative uninfected children and adult controls.
Chapter 4 is data from early vaccine cohorts during the COVID-19 pandemic of adults and children vaccinated with BNT162b2 mRNA-lipid nanoparticle vaccine, or CoronaVac whole inactivated virion vaccine. It includes antibody data and T cellular responses from ELISA and FACS against Spike and non-Spike proteins.
Chapter 5 is data from a SARS-CoV-2 vaccine clinical trial to explore booster effects of CoronaVac and BNT162b2 when following a homologous or heterologous priming regimin. It contains antibody and cellular data from ELISA and FACS.
