RBT-v1.0: A 3D Multimodal MRI Stereotaxic Atlas of the Rabbit Brain

The rabbit is a critical bridge species in translational neuroscience, offering human-like neurodevelopmental trajectories and white matter architecture. This repository hosts a standardized, high-resolution in vivo brain atlas and a deep learning-based automated segmentation pipeline for the adult New Zealand White rabbit.By integrating 5.0 T in vivo MRI, 9.4 T ex vivo MRI, and micro-CT, we provide a multimodal, population-averaged template that captures native anatomical states, overcoming the tissue deformation common in legacy ex vivo models.If you use this dataset in your research, please cite our paper.
