资源简介:

This dataset contains raw experimental data from a controlled-environment experiment investigating heat-induced non-photochemical quenching (NPQ) activation in tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) plants under dark conditions. Plants were grown under controlled conditions (16/8 h light/dark cycle, ~300 µmol m⁻² s⁻¹ PAR, 22/20°C) and, on the experimental day, subjected to a temperature increase from 20°C to 35°C in complete darkness. Measurements were acquired at multiple time points during the experiment, including: (i) an initial dark reference at 20°C, (ii) intermediate heating stages (~30°C), (iii) prolonged exposure at 35°C (up to 4 h), and (iv) after 15 min of re-illumination (300 µmol m⁻² s⁻¹). A control group was maintained at 22°C and measured under the same protocol. The dataset includes the following documents: "pigment_data": HPLC-based quantification of chlorophylls and xanthophyll cycle pigments from leaf samples collected during dark heat exposure and after light re-illumination. "PAM_F_data": canopy-level chlorophyll fluorescence parameters measured and derived from pulse-amplitude modulated (PAM) imaging. "VNIR_spectral_data": hyperspectral reflectance data (380–900 nm) at canopy level from each measuring point.
