Protecting and Enhancing Coastal Values from Lorne to Anglesea

The project will protect and enhance ecological and social values of five sites along the Great Ocean Road through effective use of resources and collaboration between the Great Ocean Road Coast Committee (GORCC), school groups, the Green Army and community conservation groups including Friends of Queens Park, LorneCare, Friends of Aireys Inlet Coastal Reserve, Anglesea, Aireys Inlet Society for the Protection of Flora and Fauna (ANGAIR) and Friends of Anglesea Coast.

Activities will include strategic weed control, revegetation, fencing, track maintenance, installation of interpretive signage and litter removal to reduce threats to ecological values and enhance habitat connectivity and resilience.
