本数据包含北京市发明和实用新型专利的市场价格估值数据，字段包括：标题、申请号、公告号、转让/许可/作价入股的最高值、平均值，最低值。数据基于中国历史交易价格数据计算，符合国家知识产权局发布的国家标准“专利评估指引”。

This dataset provides market price valuation data for invention and utility model patents in Beijing. Its fields include: title, application number, announcement number, as well as the maximum, average and minimum valuation values for patent transfer, licensing and equity investment. The data is calculated based on historical Chinese transaction price data, and complies with the national standard "Guidelines for Patent Evaluation" issued by the National Intellectual Property Administration of the People's Republic of China.
