4、生成检测数据集:利用常规数据分析方法,如化学计量法、多元变量统计分析、热图分析、初步表观分析等对检测数据进行分析,获得不同基原的淫羊藿的化学组分和含量数据、不同种的箭叶淫羊藿的化学成分组成和含量数据、柔毛淫羊藿与箭叶淫羊藿中化学成分的差异数据、柔毛淫羊藿与箭叶1号淫羊藿采收产质量数据、柔毛淫羊藿与箭叶1号淫羊藿化学成分含量与采收月份关联数据。
1. Define detection objectives and test objects: Aiming at Epimedium medicinal materials, construct the following analytical contents: HPLC quantitative determination based on characteristic markers; HPLC content determination based on multiple components; Determination of characteristic markers in Epimedium pubescens and Epimedium sagittatum using UPLC-QTOF-MS combined with metabolomics technology; Quantitative analytical method for determination of 12 components via UPLC-QTRAP-MS/MS; Multi-angle analysis based on 22 indicator components.
2. Specify detection methods: Clarify the determination methods and methodological validation contents based on the objectives of the analytical contents, including preparation methods of reference substances and test samples, detection equipment, determination conditions, investigation factors, indicator components, and other relevant details.
3. Acquire detection results: Collect high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) chromatograms, GraphPad violin plots, Origin heatmaps, and other related experimental charts.
4. Generate detection datasets: Analyze the detection data using conventional data analysis methods such as chemometrics, multivariate statistical analysis, heatmap analysis, and preliminary apparent analysis, to obtain: chemical component compositions and content data of Epimedium with different germplasm origins; chemical component compositions and content data of different Epimedium sagittatum accessions; chemical component difference data between Epimedium pubescens and Epimedium sagittatum; harvest yield and quality data of Epimedium pubescens and Epimedium sagittatum No.1; correlation data between chemical component contents and harvesting months for Epimedium pubescens and Epimedium sagittatum No.1.
