ProPheno 1.0: An Online Dataset for Accelerating the Complete Characterization ofthe Human Protein-phenotype Landscape in Biomedical Literature

ProPheno 1.0 is a dataset of proteins and phenotype names mentioned in biomedical literature. It provides a RESTful API which can be used in any programming language as well as a web interface for online access. Protein names are mentioned by their UniProt ids and phenotype names are mentioned by their corresponding HPO ids.ProPheno 1.0 provides protein names and phenotype names as separate tables for Medline abstracts and PubMed full-text articles.
