资源简介:
Several mechanisms have been identified through which phosphate overload causes renal tubulointerstitial fibrosis. While excess phosphate can be harmful to the kidney, phosphate is also an essential nutrient for the body. Thus, the kidneys exposed to phosphate burden might have some protective measures rather than simply being injured. However, such a mechanism remains unknown. The registered data is a fastq file of scRNA-seq of mice kidney. At age six weeks, C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into two groups, Ctrl and Phos. Mice in the Ctrl group were fed the regular diet. Mice in the Phos group were fed a high-phosphate diet. Kidneys obtained from mice in the Ctrl and Phos groups that received the dietary intervention for three weeks were subjected to scRNA-seq analyses. The kidneys collected from three mice in each group were analyzed collectively.
