资源简介:
The ring-necked snake is a widespread species native to much of the continental US in relatively moist woodland habitat. In California, the species includes seven subspecies that constitute an ecological and geographical replacement series surrounding the great Central Valley in the low-mid elevation oak/conifer woodland belt. One subspecies, the Regal ring-necked snake, Diadophis punctatus regalis, is restricted to a few mountain-tops in eastern San Bernardino and Inyo Counties, and is a California Species of Special Concern. These data have been produced as part of the CCGP. Sequencing was conducted with HiFi Pacific Biosciences long reads at UCDavis Genome Core, Dovetail's OmniC libraries, and Illumina sequencing at UCBerkeley QB3 Genomics Core.
