HERITRACE user testing: packages and results

This dataset contains the evaluation results and testing packages for HERITRACE, a semantic content management system. The study involved 19 participants divided into two groups: end users (9 participants) and configurators (10 participants). The dataset contains: Testing packages: two standalone Docker-based testing packages that enable independent reproduction and extension of the usability evaluation. User testing results: quantitative metrics (SUS scores, task duration, error rates, success rates) combined with qualitative analysis following grounded theory methodology (open, axial, and selective coding).
