The soft coral Scleronephthya gracillimum is an azooxanthellate octocoral order Alcyonacea. In this study, stress responses to increased seawater temperature and marine acidification were investigated using a microarray. The S. gracillimum microarray was constructed. The S. gracillimum microarray was constructed after RNA-seq. Oligonucleotides were picked from UniGene of S. gracillimum and the clones were annotated using Blast. Overall design: For hyperthermal stress experiment consists of 24C vs. 26C, 24C vs. 28C. Each group has 3 individual corals. The experiment were duplicate. For acidification experiment consists of pH6.5, pH7.0, pH 7.5 groups and each group has 3 individual corals. For hyperthermal and acidification dual stress experiments consist of 8.0 vs. 7.0, 8.0 vs. 7.5 and 8.0 vs. 7.8 groups and each group has 3 individual corals and the experiments were duplicated.
