Metagenome of fungal community diversity caused by Trichoderma pleuroticola

The medium and mycelial mixture (MCM) of the first biological samples (FUL) were taken at the stage when the mycelium penetrates the entire medium. Subsequently, samples were collected every 7 days, numbered PRI, OPE, and MAT, respectively. The healthy bodies at the stage MAT were sprayed with the spore suspension of the pathogen (group TS) or with sterile water (group CK), and the bodies and MCM samples were collected after 7 days. The bodies and MCM were numbered FBE and FBL in the TS group, and ZCE and ZCL in the CK group.
