This is the drosophila medulla connectome (directed graph, Pajek format) built from the supplementary table 1 from http://www.nature.com/nature/journal/v500/n7461/full/nature12450.html
379 Nodes (neurons), 3193 links, connection strenghts are the number of synapses per neuron pair.

I will post the code (bash script) I used to generate the connectome later so that people can double check.

本数据集为果蝇中脑连接组（有向图，Pajek格式），基于补充表1构建，可从http://www.nature.com/nature/journal/v500/n7461/full/nature12450.html获取。该连接组包含379个节点（神经元）和3193个连接，连接强度表示每对神经元之间的突触数量。随后，我将发布用于生成连接组的代码（bash脚本），以便人们进行验证。
