In this study, we investigated how irradiation changes global transcriptomic changes in MDA-MB-231 cells. Cells were treated either at 0Gy or 10Gy and RNA was extracted to perform RNA sequencing. Overall design: MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with 0Gy or 10 Gy irradiatio using Cs irradiator. 24 hours after the treatment RNA was collected by using Rneasy kit (Qiagen). RNA samples were sent to Novogene (Cambridge, UK) for library preparation and sequencing. Sequencing was performed by Novoseq 6000.
