Dutch real-time transit data

Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) data is used for real-time arrival and departure prediction systems in Dutch public transport. This bulk dataset contains historical information a vehicle locations which where real-time monitored at an interval of 60s, and published their location at every stop. Next to identification and location other variables such as punctuality are available. While the AVL-data from NDOVloket is not suited to generate management information, it is the perfect input material for network analysis at country scale. Our dataset covers more than a year worth of information and includes virtually all bus, light-rail and metro movements.
