The excel file contains trial-by-trial data of all phases of the experiment, for all measures. Skin conductance responses are preprocessed (see ms for details).
The trials are coded as [measure]_[Stimulus]_[Phase]_[trial number]. Thus, "SCR_CS+av_pav1" refers to the skin conductance response during the first presentation of CS+av during the Pavlovian phase.
"AR_CS+unav_avoid5" refers to the avoidance response during the fifth presentation of CS+unav during the Avoidance Conditioning phase.
