资源简介:
The aims of this project were to explore the impacts of dietary differences on gut microbiota, metabolites, and host-microbial interactions of fish. The mandarin fish (Siniperca chuatsi), a top predatory freshwater species where artificial formulated feed hasn't fully replaced live bait fish in aquaculture, is an ideal model for this investigation. Samples of S. chuatsi fed either artificial formulated feed (FEED group) or live bait fish (FORAGE group) were collected from four major aquaculture regions in China.
