Package-Unit Marketability and Storage-Life Endpoints Distinguish Dehydration- and Decay-Limited Failure during 0 °C Storage of Fresh-Market Balloon Flower (Platycodon grandiflorus) Roots
收藏资源简介:
Essential supporting data for the manuscript "Package-Unit Marketability and Storage-Life Endpoints Distinguish Dehydration- and Decay-Limited Failure during 0 °C Storage of Fresh-Market Balloon Flower (Platycodon grandiflorus) Roots". The experiment compares a 30 μm polyethylene liner and a grower-practice woven polypropylene sack, with and without potable-water washing, in two commercial balloon-flower lots stored at 0 °C. The deposit contains analysis-ready package-unit mass-loss and visible-decay records, derived operational endpoints and mass-retention summaries, processed statistical results, and available figure-source materials. The revised organization follows the current manuscript and Supplementary Materials. See the README and figure/table map inside the ZIP for the scope and interpretation of individual files. The package is intended for verification of the reported results. It does not contain individual-root measurements, complete instrument exports, laboratory working files, or analysis code. Archived visual summaries are identified where underlying numerical summaries are unavailable.
