The effects of different PGPRs on the composition of microbial communities in the garlic rhizosphere

The root zone soils of the garlic pots in the control group, the strain C2 treatment group and the T2 microbiota treatment group were sent to Guangzhou Meige Gene for high-throughput sequencing. Using the second-generation sequencing method, with the Illumina HiSeq sequencing platform as the basis, sequencing was conducted in the V4 region and the ITS2 region to investigate the specific situation of the community. Through diversity analysis, the differences between the samples were further compared to understand the change patterns of the microbial community and to identify the dominant species.
