Genotype, phenotype, GWAS summary statistics, and qRT-PCR Ct datasets for cold and salinity stress tolerance analysis in cucumber

This dataset supports a genome-wide association study of cold and salinity stress tolerance in 134 cucumber accessions. The deposited files include the processed genotype matrix, processed phenotype matrix, full GWAS summary statistics, raw qRT-PCR Ct values, and individual phenotypic scores for all accessions under cold and salinity stress. Accession-level mean phenotypic scores calculated from biological replicates were used as phenotypic inputs for GWAS analysis.
