RNA-Seq analysis of flowers at different stages in Lonicera macranthoides

Lonicera macranthoides Hand-Mazz used in this study was planted in a greenhouse in Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences (Chongqing, China). Flowers at three developmental stages were collected from 3-year-old seedlings, including flower buds (10 mm in length, FS1), white flowers (20 mm in length, FS2), and silver flowers (30-40 mm, FS3) . Total RNA from all the samples was extracted and subjected to RNA-Sequecing.
