CCC-GPU supplementary files

In this Zenodo archive, we provide the supplementary data for the manuscript of our software CCC-GPU, including: the CCC values for all gene pairs of GTEx v8 whole blood (other tissues are omitted since the total file size is too large, but they can be easily computed using the code in the GitHub repository: https://github.com/pivlab/ccc-gpu/tree/main/analysis), the threshold tables for top and bottom genes using the 30% threshold (coef_thresholds.zip) and the permutation-based thresholds (see the manuscript for an explanation about these thresholds). the correlation results of top 100 gene pairs per category with GTEx v8 metadata.
